Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Provide exceptional administrative support to executives and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Oversee reception duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing mail distribution
- Coordinate office events and meetings including logistics, catering, and technology setup
- Maintain accurate records and databases for office assets, personnel files, and expense tracking
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining compliance documentation
- Implement efficiency improvements to optimize office workflows and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (0-2 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for office supply management
- Basic knowledge of office budgeting preferred
