- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle vendor relationships for office services, catering, and equipment
- Support onboarding process with new employee orientation and workspace setup
- Implement office procedures for document management and record retention
- Assist with budget tracking for office expenses and procurement
- Act as primary point of contact for facility issues and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years administrative support or office coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
