Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including receiving visitors and answering inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules and organize meetings for department heads.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Perform light bookkeeping and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
