Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and mail processing
- Coordinate vendor relationships for office services (cleaning, security, IT support)
- Manage meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and event coordination
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Assist with budget tracking for office expenditures and vendor invoices
- Implement office sustainability initiatives and safety protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years office administration or facilities support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
