Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, mail processing, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Support onboarding processes including equipment setup and orientation coordination
- Assist with vendor management, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Organize company events and ensure meeting rooms are equipped and functional
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR and compliance purposes
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and internal staff inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
