Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with speed and accuracy.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the setup and provisioning of new employee workstations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network improvements and security patches.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
