Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule complex calendars, including appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and organize virtual and in-person events.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, handle incoming mail, and maintain a professional reception area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Attitude: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
