Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries with precision.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Administrative Operations: Oversee expense reporting, process invoices, and maintain filing systems.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
