Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal time management for executives.
- Prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, vendors, and guests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
