Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and arrange internal and external appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, screening calls, and drafting professional correspondence.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure all necessary materials are distributed beforehand.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and logistics of company events, team building activities, and executive offsites.
- Project Support: Assist in various administrative projects as directed by senior management to improve office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (internships considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
