Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate cross-departmental meetings
- Handle confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reports with precision
- Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage office operations including inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years of professional administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
