Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing conflicting meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and digital document systems
