Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing competing demands
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence with precision
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Assist with special projects and executive initiatives requiring discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
