Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minute-taking
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (0-2 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
