- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics
- Support special projects including event planning, vendor management, and research initiatives
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data security compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to align executive priorities with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years administrative support or internship experience in a professional setting
