- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate complex domestic/international travel arrangements including logistics and expense reporting
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Implement and optimize administrative systems using Microsoft 365 and project management tools
- Support special projects including event planning and executive communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
