- Data Verification: Cross-reference data against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness before finalizing entries.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly audit existing data for errors and update records as needed.
- File Organization: Digitize physical documents and organize digital files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Report Generation: Assist in generating basic reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support Operations: Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training in data management is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required (Entry Level); strong aptitude for learning is essential.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Typing: Minimum typing speed of 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain consistency in data formatting.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
