Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for entry-level users.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features based on user feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients to drive revenue.

Qualifications
