- Provide exceptional support by answering questions and resolving issues regarding our products and services.
- Log detailed customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer retention.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
