- Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and customer data into our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues to help improve our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications

- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
