Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and security standards.
- Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure seamless application performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a direct hire capacity.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to commute to our Milwaukee office or work from our PA hub.
