Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during off-peak hours.
- Manage incoming tickets and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within SLA guidelines.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform minor maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
