- Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and track recurring bugs.
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting and software installations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product suite and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
