- Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data integrity
- Process transactions, forms, and reports within SLA timelines
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through cross-referencing
- Generate daily/weekly activity reports for management review
- Collaborate with departments to ensure data consistency
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
