Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, transaction records, and inventory data into company databases
- Perform daily data validation and quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies
- Process and maintain confidential documents with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly data reports using Microsoft Excel and internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and workflow issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit compliance
- Train on new data management software and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role with proven accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in data management preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot errors in complex datasets
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet daily quotas without compromising quality
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
