- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process high-volume transactional documents within daily deadlines
- Generate and distribute routine data reports for department heads
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Implement data security protocols per HIPAA and FINRA standards
- Train on new software systems during quarterly upgrades
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail with <0.1% error rate
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
