Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer data into CRM and ERP systems
- Verify and cross-reference information for completeness and accuracy
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other critical documents
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly activity reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client data
- Collaborate with accounting and sales teams for data reconciliation
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems is highly desirable
