- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process invoices, forms, and other documentation with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with minimal supervision
- Support administrative tasks including filing and document management
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
