- Process high-volume transaction records with zero-error tolerance
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for department heads
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial documents
- Collaborate with accounting teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Implement data security protocols per FINRA regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with financial databases (Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
