Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media platforms.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate the hiring process from interview to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize data to track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.).
- Proven track record of closing roles within the 30-45 day window.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
