Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech recruitment with 3+ years in AI/quantum/specialized tech domains
- Proven expertise in predictive talent analytics and AI recruitment tools (Paradox, Eightfold AI)

- Certification in Future of Work methodologies or Talent Innovation Strategy
