Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date using our WMS system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are properly packaged for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
