Responsibilities
- Execute efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality packaging standards are met.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
