Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing appropriate safety gear.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
