Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage freight for timely distribution.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA standards and warehouse housekeeping rules.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets are met daily.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
