- Utilize WMS systems to track and report weekend activities
- Resolve operational escalations during weekend shifts
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or operations management
- Strong proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
