Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and safety compliance
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during peak shift hours
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal disruption
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + holidays)
- Valid California driver's license
