Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members in daily warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate loading/unloading of freight
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Generate performance reports and optimize productivity metrics
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
