Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates with real-time performance coaching
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work immediately
