Key Responsibilities
Your primary role will be to ensure our clients receive top-tier support during the weekend rush. You will handle incoming inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipments and order status.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve delivery delays and route issues.
- Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure all weekend operations comply with company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (10-hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
