Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
