Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing inventory with precision during weekend shifts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders to meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
