Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal users via ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow).
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine patching, updates, and server monitoring during weekend shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
