- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver products on time.
- Mentor and code review for junior and mid-level engineers to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
