Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on weekend availability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Manage and update customer account information accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document all interactions and resolutions within the support ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
