Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate, professional, and empathetic solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company call scripts and policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type accurately.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
