In this pivotal role, you will act as the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is met with exceptional service, patience, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during designated weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Provide clear, accurate product and service information to guide customers toward solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous customer service or support experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and call center software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
