Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift hours.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions regarding orders and shipments, and process returns or exchanges.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of ongoing customer cases.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or logistics is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
