Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a high level of professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer accounts and resolve issues using CRM software.

- Perform data entry tasks to ensure database integrity.
- Provide general administrative support to department leads.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
