- Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions and account updates into our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with day-shift supervisors and peers to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed KPI targets for call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
